Who do you rank higher P4P, Martinez or Marquez?

I have Martinez. Marquez' longevity means he ranks higher in all time P4P, but not current P4P. He beat a tough opponent in Katsidis but his win before that over Diaz doesn't do much for me since he already KOed him before. He lost to Floyd before that, which is understandable due to the weight disadvantage. Martinez KOed a P4P ranked fighter Paul Williams. Many think he should've beaten both Williams the 1st time and Cintron. Marquez hasn't beaten a P4P fighter arguably twice recently. On the other hand Martinez hasn't done much before the Cintron fight so you could argue against him.
