My friend got an osama bin laden tattoo when drunk?

Okay, does anyone know how to cover up a tattoo and remove it. This weekend was prom weekend, and me and my friends were so drunk at Seaside Heights. One of them was so drunk he got a tattoo that said " RIP OSAMA BIN LADEN" on his back, with a picture of Osama's face. Is that horrible or what?
