How far is Point Pleasant, New Jersey from Seaside Heights?

There are 2 different towns. One is Point Pleasant and the other is Point Pleasant Beach. Point Pleasant is further because it is a little more inland. Seaside Heights is 10 miles south of Point Pleasant Beach on Highway 35.
