Is there a train to seaside heights?

i am coming from glen rock nj. i can also get a train from ridgewood nj, it is one quick ride to secaucus for me. i want to go to seaside heights via public transportation and dont want to go all they way to penn station to get to seaside. i know there is a train to point pleasant, any buses from there to seaside? or i could take a train to somehere else and go take a bus?
