Traveling out of the country without my mom plz help?

these things are never simple first is your mom married with other kids and does she approve of you going on this trip you have to ask yourself do i think my dad is responsible enough for this do i want to spend that much time with him and also you may never get to see spain again the world is great but if you go that will be all u do this summer when you get out of school if your mom is not married now with no kids staying with her she will be upset that the time you have off you did not spend with her it may just be fun to stay home and it be just you and her and you could spend time with you friends and go out to lunch with your mom it sounds like it would be nice but if your mom works eevery day all day it may ruin your own summer not being able to spend anytime with anyone if i were you i would make a list of pros and cons the one that longest is your answer if you find that you should go from the list and you feel the slight bit of sadness from this or disappointment then that's your answer you don't want to go either way let the other parent down gentle to your dad say something like i don't want to leave mom alone all summer and to your mom say i have to go i may never get another chance in my life
