Hi my question is if i can use the p90x nutrition guide the portion approach section, for work outs routines made up by me to bulk up and to cut when needed. Because i ordered p90x but i just dont have enough room for the p90x workouts, so i decided to just use the nutrition guide and do my own workout routines which consist of dumbell weighlifting. But the question is will the nutrition guide work if i want to bulk up with phase 3 and phase 1 to cut please help!!
