Im a 18year old male and i have a more stretch marks than a pregnant woman?

i have stretch marks EVERYWHERE... i have them on my stomach, one on my inner arm, back, butt upper legs. the only ones i really car about are the ones on my stomach and my sides. I've used cocoa butter, shea butter, TKO skin body beautiful butter (BBB), palmers, the dermaroller, exploitation basically everything under the sun... i was wondering in any plastic surgeons out there might help me or if anyone has any suggestions thank you
