I live in Paris, i need a break, can anyone recommend a seaside town not to touristy in France?

La Rochelle and Ile de Re are important "french tourist" destinations, but I went there in June 07 and it wasn't that touristy at all.... still pretty much had the beach to ourselves. Rent a bike for the afternoon and go along Ile de Re, it's really easy (flat) and "sympa" :)
