The Boardwalk, sights & 18+ clubs in Seaside Heights, NJ?

Decent hotels don't exist in Seaside Heights. Most people get rental houses. And the few motels in town are dives that have had no money put into them in the last 40 years. Add to that the fact that during Spring Break the town will be dead. Things start to begin around Easter but don't really pick up until Memorial Day.
